Our Director
Luke Gordon is the Managing Director and proud owner of Copperhead Industrial, a 100% Indigenous-owned and operated business. A Quandamooka man with Traditional Owner connections to North Stradbroke Island, Luke founded Copperhead Industrial in 2019 to create meaningful employment opportunities and drive positive change within Indigenous communities. Under his leadership, the company is committed to achieving a 75% Indigenous workforce within three years through training, apprenticeships, and skill transfer programs.
With a strong vision for innovation and sustainability, Luke has positioned Copperhead Industrial as a key player in renewable energy, generator power, and industrial solutions across Australia. His dedication to fostering local talent, building strategic partnerships, and delivering high-quality, custom-engineered equipment has made Copperhead Industrial a trusted name in the Energy, Resources, Construction, and Infrastructure sectors.
